1. What types of bags do you sell?

We offer a wide range of bags including handbags, backpacks, travel bags, laptop bags, sling bags, and wallets — designed for both men and women.


2. Are your bags made of genuine leather?

Our leather collections are crafted from high-quality genuine leather. Each product page clearly mentions the material used for it.


3. How can I check the size and dimensions of a bag?

You’ll find detailed product specifications — including size, material, and capacity — listed under each product description.


4. Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, view past purchases, and enjoy faster checkouts.


5. What are your delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above AED 1000. For orders below that amount, a small shipping fee may apply based on your location.


6. How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Mainly, we deliver within the UAE. Shipping to Europe and the USA is available with additional charges.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Maison Rahisi payment link, Net Banking, and BNPL (by Tamara).


9. Can I return or exchange my bag?

Yes. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.


10. How do I initiate a return?

Go to the My Orders section, select your order, and click Request Return. Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours for pickup and processing.


11. How do I care for my bag?

Avoid overloading your bag.

  • Leather bags: clean with a dry cloth and keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

  • Fabric bags: gentle hand washing is recommended.


12. Do your bags come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our bags come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty. Warranty details are mentioned on each product page.

14. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
