Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your bag for a different style or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
